Biography

Dave Patmore, MusicianA Kansas City native, Dave’s heritage includes a long list of musicians and writers. He plays guitars, drums, some flutes and horns, and the harmonica. Gutsy lyrics, percussive guitar, and bluesy vocals best describe Dave’s musical style, and Bruce Rogers of E/KC Online Magazine says, “Dave’s songs are covering love, loss, finding oneself, and the usual screwing ordinary folks get from life.”

Perhaps the highlight of Dave’s career came in Oct. of 2003 when he performed one of his songs, “Two Faces” with rock icon, Ian Anderson at The Uptown Theatre during Ian’s “Rubbing Elbows” tour.

Dave performs regularly with Abbey Road, a Beatle tribute band, Kacico Dance Company, a local professional dance troupe, and The Bobcats, a concoction of various local musicians.
